ABC GIRLS CLEAN UP
The Wilsons 2005 Reel Women Barra Classic was held on 16 and 17 September with the official base being the Bark Hut Inn which is located 120km East of Darwin heading towards Kakadu. The competitors fished Corroboree Billabong and for the first time in the tournament also fished Mary River Bridge and Hardies Lagoon.
Cleaning up the field and taking out Champion Team and also Champion Independent Team were the ABC girls from team All R Luring.
In this years tournament we welcomed our first international team, the Trans Tasman Terrors from New Zealand who really go into the spirit of the weekend. To complement our mud crab tying tournament which was won by Aisla Connolly with her time of 48 seconds, we also introduced a whip cracking tournament which was won by Sam Sieb from Borraloola.

We would like to thank our major sponsor, Wilsons Tackle, for their support of the 2005 Reel Women Corroboree Fishing Classic.
